How to Book a Tattoo at Timebomb Croydon

Timebomb's artists mainly work by appointment. That gives each client proper time, and it lets you talk through the design with your artist before the needle comes out. Here is the process from first idea to booked chair.

  1. Get your idea together. Collect a few reference pictures, decide roughly where the tattoo will go, and estimate its size in centimetres or inches. Size and placement are the two things the artist needs to price a piece.
  2. Ask for a free quote. Send your references, size and placement through the enquiry form on the Timebomb booking page, email info@timebomb-tattoo.com, or call 020 8686 7730. The studio will come back to you with an estimate.
  3. Choose your artist. If you have a style in mind, pick the artist who specialises in it. Each artist works set days, so this affects which dates are available.
  4. Secure your slot in the studio. Tattoos are booked in person, not over the phone or by email, because a cash deposit is taken to hold your slot. The deposit goes towards the final cost of your tattoo.
  5. Prepare for the day. Eat, sleep and turn up sober with photo ID. See before your appointment for the full checklist.

When an appointment is the right choice

For something small, or a design from the flash on the wall, a walk-in may be quicker.

Book early for popular artists

Timebomb's artists are busy, so it's worth arranging your appointment well before the date you want, especially for Saturdays and for larger pieces.

Age

In the UK it is illegal to tattoo anyone under 18, even with a parent's permission. Bring photo ID; details are on the ID and age page.
